Danny studied at The Jason Theatre School, followed by three years at Laine Theatre Arts in Surrey, where he won the Musical Theatre Cup, graduating with a musical theatre diploma. Danny went straight into the original London cast of Fame the Musical where he was dance captain and went on to play leading roles. Numerous West End performances followed: Cameron Mackintosh's original cast of Martin Guerre, the Broadway transfer of Romance Romance where Danny took the role of 'Him' and then the role of Pierre in Sandy Wilson's 'Divorce me Darling!' at the Chichester Festival Theatre. The highly acclaimed Love! Valor! Compassion! Followed.

Next Danny moved from theatre into the commercial dance market where he danced and choreographed for artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Kylie Minogue, Geri Halliwell, Diana Ross, Gloria Estephan, Tom Jones (winner best music video 2000, Sex Bomb), All Saints, Usher and Mya. Most recently Danny choreographed for Robbie Williams 2003 world tour including Knebworth, England. Danny became involved in Artists Development - body language, stage presence, and how to be a star! He has hosted on UK TV including Channel 4's 'The Big Breakfast', 'Live TV! and Bravos Queer Eye For The Straight Girl.

 Danny has has his own production company in LA. Danny Teeson Productions Inc produces, designs, choreographs and directs fashion shows and trade shows in the LA market including, Cal Mart (LA Fashion Week), California Gift Show and Erotica LA.
