Classically trained, Abbey studied at the London Studio Centre and has worked with a wide range of styles and genres within the entertainment industry, from Technical Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre and Tap to Afro Cuban, Puerto-Rican and New York- Style Salsa, Samba, Ballroom and various other Latin American styles.

After specialising in Salsa for over 3 years, Abbeys diverse range of training and experience enables her to bring a unique and varied style to her teaching.
