Since graduating from Bird College, Aarons career highlights have included dancing in Matthew Bournes Nutcracker! to Kylies MTV performance.

During his time with Kylie, he worked with the choreographers Rafael Bonacaela & Michael Rooney. Aaron & Michaels working relationship developed into them choreographing Breathe/Je taime for Kylies Body language Live concert, and most recently, Kenneth Brannaghs new West End play, Ducktastic.

After working with Emma Bunton for two years, Aaron was asked to fly to New York, audition dancers, and choreograph her U.S. promotional tour.

He has danced for many other artists including Victoria Beckham, Pet Shop Boys, Will Young, Cathy Dennis, Rachel Stevens, Michael Buble and Jamelia.

Film credits include Harry Potter: Goblet Of Fire and Beyond The Sea.

Aaron has created and is continuing to develop his own contemporary dance company.
